COVID-19 refund policy

COVID – 19

We appreciate that it’s difficult to know the situation months ahead but we have put below some information on our cancellation policy due to COVID-19 so that you can book with peace of mind.  In all cases we would do our best to help you in any situation so please contact us as soon as possible should you need to cancel or change your dates.

1.  Any bookings made after the 01/04/20 will be fully refundable should the Italian government restrict travel due to COVID – 19.  This includes all services booked which include Accommodation, Airport Transfers, Ski Passes, Ski & Snowboard equipment, Ski & Snowboard School.  This applies up to 1800hrs  the day before arrival.   All refunds will be made within 72 hours

You may also choose to change the dates of your stay if you prefer.

2.  All Accommodation, Airport Transfers, Lift Passes. Equipment rental and Ski Lessons  are 100% refundable due to Covid-19 up to 48 hours before arrival in the case where Livigno is open but your own Government (for example UK, South African, Irish, Danish or any other) advise you against non essential travel due to COVID-19, .

3.  If the hotel or the resort closed during your stay (i.e on or after arrival day) there will be no refund and you would need to contact your insurance company.
